Dose:
Take as recommended or as professionally prescribed. Take it with food.
Children unable to swallow - Pierce the capsule, squeeze the content into milk, juice or cereal and consume immediately. Do not swallow whole.
Adults - Take 1 capsule once a day. Children 1-17 years - Give 1 capsule once a day.
Ingredients:
Each Blackmore's standard fish oil 1000 capsule contains 300 mg of omega-3 marine triglycerides, inclusive of 180 mg Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and 120 mg Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) (Total EPA + DHA= 300 mg).
Active Ingredients: Concentrated fish omega-3 triglycerides 1 g (1000 mg), containing omega-3 marine triglycerides 600 mg as Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 100 mg, Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 500 mg.
Contains: Contains zinc, which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period of time. If pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your health professional before use. Contains soya bean products and sulphites
