19.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Ghamahealth Online regarding the Wellness Program and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

20. Severability

20.1. If any provision of these terms and conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

21. Waiver

21.1. The failure of Ghamahealth Online to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

22.1. Ghamahealth Online reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions by posting the updated version on our website. Your continued participation in the Wellness Program after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
