Australian Orders
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post, delivering to residential, business, PO Box, and Parcel Locker addresses.
Parcel Lockers: If you’re using a Parcel Locker, please ensure you provide the correct Australia Post Parcel Locker number and associated name. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or failed delivery. For assistance, visit the Australia Post parcel locker information page.
Handling Time: Most in-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods, or if we need to restock an item, dispatch may be delayed — we’ll notify you if there’s an unexpected delay.
Note: We no longer offer domestic express shipping. All Australian orders are sent via tracked flat-rate shipping.

Missed Deliveries: If no one is home and Australia Post cannot find a safe place to leave your parcel, a notification will be sent via SMS or email to the contact details provided at checkout. Please ensure your phone number and email address are correct. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the instructions to arrange redelivery or collection. If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, the customer will be required to pay the original shipping cost again to have it reshipped.
Authority to Leave (ATL): If you provide ATL at checkout, you accept full responsibility for the parcel once Australia Post confirms delivery.
Damaged Packages: If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of both the product and packaging.
When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed Monday to Friday will be processed accordingly.
While we strive to keep popular items readily available, there may be occasional delays if we need to restock from our suppliers. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.
Temperature-Sensitive Products: Probiotics and other temperature-sensitive items are only dispatched early in the week to minimise time in transit. These products are not shipped on Thursdays or the day before public holidays to avoid potential delays over weekends. This helps support product integrity upon arrival.
Order Verification: In rare cases, an order may require manual verification before dispatch. This helps us maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for all customers. If verification is needed, dispatch may take up to 3–5 business days. We’ll contact you promptly if any information is required.
International Orders
We offer international shipping to selected destinations only. If your country appears at checkout, it is supported.
