Ghama Health is pleased to offer FREE standard shipping with Australia Post on all domestic orders over $200.

Our choice of courier service is Australia Post for the delivery of orders.

Ghama Health ships Australia-wide, offering standard or express postage to business, residential, PO Box, or locker box addresses.

Once a parcel is shipped, we cannot cancel or change delivery instructions or addresses for that order.

Ghama Health cannot take responsibility for any delays in the delivery of your order from the moment it is picked up by Australia Post.

All orders will be provided with tracking numbers via email.


When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

While Ghama Health strives to keep stock of popular items, sometimes we may have to reorder from our suppliers, adding additional time to the processing and dispatching your order. If there is a significant delay or the supplier is out of stock, we will contact you with an alternative product suggestion. If the delivery of your order is time-sensitive, don't hesitate to contact us before you place your order.

Orders placed Monday to Friday for various product lines shall be dispatched within specific time frames.

It's strongly recommended that all cold goods select express shipping, as economy shipping may reduce their viability. No cold goods will be dispatched on a Thursday or the day before a public holiday.


International Orders:

Ghama Health ships to most countries worldwide. If your country does not appear in the shopping cart on checkout, feel free to contact us.

We use Australia Post to deliver all international orders.

Australia Post offers two trackable and proof of delivery services: Express Post and Standard Post.

We do not ship on public holidays or weekends.

Once a parcel is shipped, we cannot cancel or change delivery instructions or addresses for that order.

We cannot take responsibility for any delays in delivery of your order from the moment it is picked up by Australia Post.


When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

At Ghama Health, we strive to hold stock of all our popular items for quick dispatch. However, we may occasionally have to reorder specific products from our suppliers. This may result in additional time to process and dispatch your order. In the event of a significant delay or if a product is out of stock, we will contact you with an alternative product suggestion. If the delivery of your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing your order. Your satisfaction and prompt delivery are important to us.


International Import Tax (International Orders):

Depending on your government's legislation, you may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties.

Ghama Health will not be liable for packages refused or held up by customs for delivery.

Declaration of Value and Product Description (International Orders):

International shipments are processed with a commercial invoice required to ship items internationally.

Customs may make additional requests based on local laws and regulations. Due to the complexity of some requests, we cannot guarantee that the additional information requested will be provided.

Please note that these requests may differ based on the order value, regulations, and other unpredictable factors. Understanding your country's import regulations before ordering is important to ensure a smooth delivery process.



Correct Information:

Please ensure your phone number, shipping address, and email address are correct. The courier company may use your phone number or email address to contact you in case of a problem with your delivery.

Ghama Health is not responsible for incorrect information entered into your order. As such, Ghamahealth will only be responsible for your parcel if it is correctly delivered due to incorrect information provided.

Once a parcel is shipped, we are unable to cancel the order or change a phone number, delivery, or email address.
