Ghama Health is pleased to offer FREE standard shipping with Australia Post on all domestic orders over $200.

Our courier service is Australia Post.

We ship Australia-wide, offering standard or express postage to business, residential, PO Box, or locker box addresses.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

We strive to keep popular items in stock, but occasionally, we may need to reorder from our suppliers, which adds extra processing time. If there’s a significant delay or a product is out of stock, we will contact you with an alternative suggestion. For time-sensitive deliveries, please get in touch with us before placing your order.

Orders placed Monday to Friday will be dispatched within specified time frames.

Temperature-Sensitive Products:
Maintaining optimal temperature is critical for ensuring the potency and effectiveness of products such as probiotics and select compounded formulations. To preserve product integrity, we strongly recommend choosing express shipping. Please note that these items are not dispatched on Thursdays or the day before a public holiday.

International Orders

We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us. We use Australia Post for all international orders, which offers two trackable services: Express Post and Standard Post. Please note that we do not ship on public holidays or weekends, and once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. We are not responsible for any delays once Australia Post collects your order.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched? (International)

While we aim for quick dispatch of popular items, occasional reordering from suppliers may cause delays. In the event of significant delays or stock issues, we will contact you with an alternative suggestion. For time-sensitive international orders, please get in touch with us before ordering.

International Import Tax

Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be required to pay import taxes or customs duties. Ghama Health is not liable for packages refused or held by customs.
