Lion’s Mane History
Lion’s Mane is a choice edible that grows wild on deciduous trees and is now extensively cultivated on sawdust substrates. Hericium erinaceus is an immune modulator useful for many conditions where immunity is compromised. It is also traditionally used for stomach ailments. Current research suggests that Hericium erinaceus may help mitigate age-related cognitive decline.
