DHA is an omega-3 fatty acid that is essential for healthy brain and eye function. Unfortunately, DHA isn’t something we can naturally produce much of; therefore, it must be obtained through diet or supplementation. While DHA can be obtained through diet by eating fish and seafood products, many women don’t eat these foods' recommended serves. That’s why we developed Elevit DHA.

Dose
Take one capsule daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. Suitable for use by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Note: Elevit DHA for pregnancy and breastfeeding has been developed to combine with Elevit pregnancy multivitamins. It is not a replacement.
