Warnings
- Products containing isomalt may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
- Galangal extract 600 mg daily has been safely used for 12 weeks.
Adverse Reactions

- Research conducted with enXtra™ galangal extract reports good tolerability and safety profile at 600 mg daily for three months, with no impact on heart rate, blood pressure, or sleep, and did not cause jitteriness. No withdrawal effects have been reported on discontinuation.
