Dose
Adult Dose: The recommended dose for adults is one scoop (6.5g) twice daily. Children Dose: For children aged 6-8 years: 1/3 scoop twice daily; for ages 9-13 years: 1/2 scoop twice daily; for ages 14-18 years: 3/4 scoop twice daily. Each dose should be mixed with water and consumed immediately. Consult your healthcare practitioner for personalized dosing advice, particularly for children or those with specific health conditions.
