Metabolism: Zinc maintains and supports body metabolism and metabolic rate, while Magnesium maintains and supports energy levels. Chromium, Magnesium, and Zinc aid and help glucose, sugar, and carbohydrate metabolism.

Sugar Support: Cinnamon and Gymnema support healthy blood sugar. Vitamin B6 promotes nervous system health and aids in the synthesis of neurotransmitters.

Dose:

Take 1 tablet with water twice daily after meals or as directed by a health professional.
