Dose
Adults: Take 5 grams of powder (1 level scoop) mixed in 200 mL of water or juice, 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with food. Stir well and consume immediately.

Allergen Information
No Added: Gluten, soya bean, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, egg, sesame seeds, or artificial colours. Vegan friendly.

Acacia, beetroot, berry flavour, citric acid, colloidal anhydrous silica, glycine, maltodextrin, pea starch, sodium alginate, Stevia rebaudiana, thaumatin, purified water.
Warnings, Cautions and Contraindications
- Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning, or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6].
- Contains zinc, which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
- This medicine contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 mcg of selenium from dietary supplements for adults should not be exceeded.
- Vitamin and/or mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
- Not to be used in children under two without medical advice.
