Each tablet contains Calcium Ascorbate Dihydrate 605mg Equiv. Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 500mg Sodium Ascorbate 562mg Equiv. Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 500mg Total Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 1000mg Hesperidin 5.0mg Zinc amino acid chelate 40mg Equiv. Zinc 8.0mg Citrus bioflavonoids extract 50mg Rutoside 5.0mg.

Dose:
Adults: For immune support: Take 1 tablet daily with food. To reduce the severity and duration of a cold: Take 2 tablets twice daily with food.
