Ingredients
- 4 cups desiccated coconut (unsweetened)
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 3/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 3/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Pinch of salt
Instructions

- Pour mixture into popsicle moulds, leaving space at the top.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To serve, run moulds under warm water briefly to release popsicles.
