  • 300 grams mixed mushrooms, sliced (like shiitake, button, and portobello)
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
