• Combination of Senna herbal extract with psyllium seed and psyllium husk
• Includes a blend of soluble and insoluble fibre

Dose:

• 1 teaspoon (5 g) in the evening, followed by a glass of water (250 mL)
• Granules should be swallowed unchewed with a glass of water

Plantago ovata (seed) (Psyllium) 2.6 g
Senna alexandrina Senosides standardised 15 mg
dry (fruit) 500 mg
Plantago ovata (husk) (Psyllium) 110 mg

Warnings:

• Contains sucrose
• Drink plenty of water
• Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems
• Use in children under 12 years is not recommended
• Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea
