St John's Wort is included as it is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine (WHM) to relieve symptoms of mild anxiety. Siberian ginseng is traditionally used in WHM as an adaptogen that helps the body adapt to stress and relieve tiredness and fatigue. The addition of the nutrient zinc maintains nervous system function and cognitive function.
