Super Magnesium 100g

Each 5g contains:

• Magnesium chloride hexahydrate - 1500mg (equiv. to elemental magnesium 179mg)
• Arnica montana flower dried - 250mg

Adults and children over 12 years apply 5g (approx. 1 tsp) to the affected area(s) and massage gently until fully absorbed once or twice daily.
