Ingredients
Each 0.15 mL oral liquid contains:
- Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone 7): 5 mcg

Directions
Dosage:
- 6-12 months: 0.038 mL once daily
- 1-3 years: 0.075 mL once daily
- 4-12 years: 0.15 mL once daily
