Ingredients

Each tablet contains:

  • Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) - 100 mg
  • Biotin (Vitamin H) - 2.5 mg
  • Silicon (as silicon dioxide) - 40 mg
  • Zinc (as zinc gluconate) - 30 mg
Dosage

Adults only: Take 1 tablet daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
