Centrum Rest & Renew combines Passionflower, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to promote a relaxed sleep, and Humulus, traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to help relieve nervous tension and restlessness. It also includes magnesium to support general health and wellbeing.

Dosage

Adults only: Take 2 capsules 1 hour before bedtime or as directed by a health professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

  • Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
