Directions
  • Inhalation: Place 6 drops into the water of your diffuser. Mixes well with Lavender. Blends well with Lavender.
  • Topical: Mix 6 drops of Lavender into 12mL carrier oil and massage over the body.
  • Bath: Mix 6 drops of Lavender with 12mL carrier oil, then add the mixture into the bath.
