Description: Vitamin K2 helps maintain strong, healthy bones by playing an important role in the biological function of bone development, growth and mineralisation. Vitamin K2 supports calcium absorption and increases calcium metabolism in the bones. Vitamin K2 also helps support cardiovascular system health, including a healthy heart, blood, arteries, and blood vessels.  

Good dietary sources of Vitamin K2 are Natto beans, fermented foods such as Sauerkraut, Kimchi and cheeses.

    Dose:

    Adults aged 18 and over: Take 2 capsules daily with food or your health professional's advice.

    Children aged 10-18: Take 1 capsule daily with food or your health professional's advice. If your child is unable to swallow capsules, the capsule may be pierced and squeezed onto a spoon or mixed with food and taken immediately.
