Advanced Vitamin D3 for Enhanced Absorption and Health
Bio-D contains Calcifediol, a form of vitamin D3 naturally produced in the body by the liver from the precursor Cholecalciferol. Calcifediol bypasses hydroxylation in the liver, a metabolic step required by Cholecalciferol. Calcifediol requires only one reaction to convert to active vitamin D3.
Dose
ADULTS: Take 1 tablet daily, with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
