How the Wellness Circle Works
The Wellness Circle is GhamaHealth’s member program, created to provide eligible customers with considered benefits such as complimentary shipping, selected member offers, early access opportunities and curated wellness support. These terms explain eligibility, qualifying orders, member benefits and how the program may be updated over time.

1. Introduction
Welcome to the GhamaHealth Wellness Membership Program, referred to as the Wellness Circle. By joining, accessing or participating in the Wellness Circle, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
These terms should be read together with GhamaHealth’s general website terms, shipping information, privacy policy and any specific conditions attached to a member offer, promotion or campaign.
2. Eligibility & Enrolment
2.1 The Wellness Circle is available to eligible GhamaHealth customers who create or hold a customer account and meet the current membership requirements.
2.2 To access applicable Wellness Circle benefits, your eligible order total must currently be at least $199.95 AUD after any applicable discounts have been applied, unless a different threshold or condition is stated for a specific offer.
2.3 Membership benefits may require you to be signed into your customer account at the time of checkout. Benefits may not apply correctly if checkout is completed as a guest or with a different email address.
2.4 Email confirmation may be required before benefits are activated. Please check your inbox, spam or junk folder if a confirmation email is expected.
2.5 GhamaHealth reserves the right to accept, decline, review, suspend or remove membership access where reasonably required to protect the integrity of the program.
3. Member Benefits
3.1 Wellness Circle benefits are designed to support regular GhamaHealth customers through considered, practical and relevant member access. Benefits may include:
- Member-only pricing on selected eligible products or collections during specified periods.
- Complimentary standard delivery within Australia on qualifying orders where advertised and where all conditions are met.
- Early access to selected product launches, restocks, limited releases or member events.
- Seasonal member offers and carefully selected wellness initiatives.
- Occasional complimentary inclusions with eligible orders during selected campaigns.
- Curated member bundles and support kits, where available, for convenience and continuity.
3.2 Benefits may vary over time and may not be available on every product, order, brand, promotion or campaign.
3.3 Unless otherwise stated, member benefits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to another customer account.
3.4 Some products, brands, offers or order types may be excluded from member benefits at GhamaHealth’s discretion.
4. Qualifying Orders
4.1 A qualifying order is an eligible GhamaHealth order that meets the current order threshold and any additional conditions attached to the relevant benefit.
4.2 The qualifying order threshold is calculated after discounts, promotional codes, gift cards or other adjustments have been applied, unless stated otherwise.
4.3 Shipping charges, duties, taxes or other non-product charges may not count toward the qualifying threshold unless expressly stated.
4.4 Complimentary delivery, where available, applies to standard Australian delivery only unless otherwise advertised. International orders, express services, special handling or temperature-sensitive delivery requirements may be excluded.
4.5 Benefits are subject to stock availability, system availability, accurate account details and correct checkout behaviour. GhamaHealth is not responsible for benefits not applying where incorrect customer information is used or where the customer is not signed in as required.
5. Maintaining Membership Status
5.1 Members may be required to continue meeting the current eligibility requirements to retain access to Wellness Circle benefits.
5.2 Prolonged inactivity, repeated cancelled orders, misuse of benefits or failure to meet current program conditions may result in benefit suspension, review or removal.
5.3 GhamaHealth may update membership requirements from time to time to ensure the program remains fair, practical and sustainable.
6. Program Changes
6.1 GhamaHealth may update, enhance, limit, pause or discontinue any part of the Wellness Circle at any time.
6.2 This may include changes to eligibility requirements, order thresholds, available benefits, campaign conditions, participating products, delivery benefits or communication methods.
6.3 Changes take effect when published on the GhamaHealth website, unless a later effective date is stated.
6.4 Where a significant change affects active members, GhamaHealth may provide notice by email, website update or another reasonable communication method.
7. Misuse, Abuse & Fraud
7.1 Wellness Circle benefits are intended for genuine personal customer use. They must not be misused, resold, manipulated or exploited.
7.2 GhamaHealth may suspend or terminate membership access where there is suspected or confirmed misuse, including but not limited to:
- fraudulent account activity;
- repeated exploitation of offers;
- creating multiple accounts to access benefits unfairly;
- using member benefits for unauthorised resale or commercial purchasing;
- abusive, misleading or dishonest conduct; or
- breach of these Terms and Conditions.
7.3 GhamaHealth may cancel benefits, refuse orders, remove membership access or take further action where reasonably necessary to protect the program and other customers.
8. Privacy
8.1 GhamaHealth collects and uses personal information needed to administer the Wellness Circle, manage eligibility, process orders, provide benefits and communicate with members.
8.2 This may include your name, email address, customer account details, order history, delivery information and communication preferences.
8.3 Personal information may be shared with trusted service providers where required to provide the program, process orders, deliver parcels, manage email communications or support website functionality.
8.4 GhamaHealth uses reasonable safeguards to protect customer information, but no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8.5 You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information where permitted by law.

9. Communication
9.1 By joining the Wellness Circle, you agree to receive program-related communications, including updates about member benefits, account activity, eligibility, early access opportunities and relevant GhamaHealth news.
9.2 Marketing emails may be unsubscribed from at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email.
9.3 Some transactional or program-related communications may still be sent where necessary to manage your account, orders, membership eligibility or legal obligations.
Important: If email confirmation is required, your Wellness Circle benefits may not activate until the confirmation step is completed.
10. Legal Terms
10.1 Termination: GhamaHealth may suspend, revoke or terminate membership access if these terms are breached or if misuse is suspected.
10.2 Re-enrolment: Customers whose membership has been removed may reapply, but approval is subject to GhamaHealth’s review and the current eligibility criteria.
10.3 Product Availability: Membership does not guarantee product availability, restock timing, access to restricted products, or access to every promotion.
10.4 No Professional Advice: Wellness Circle communications and member content are provided for general informational purposes only and do not replace advice from a qualified health professional.
10.5 Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded.
10.6 Liability: To the extent permitted by law, GhamaHealth is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from participation in the Wellness Circle, use of member benefits, website interruptions, system errors or unavailable offers.
10.7 Indemnity: You agree to indemnify GhamaHealth against claims, losses, costs or damages arising from misuse of the Wellness Circle, breach of these terms, fraudulent activity or unauthorised use of member benefits.
10.8 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
10.9 Dispute Resolution: If an issue arises, we encourage customers to contact GhamaHealth first so the matter can be reviewed and addressed fairly. Where a matter cannot be resolved directly, it may be handled through the appropriate consumer, mediation or legal process available in New South Wales, Australia.
