GhamaHealth is designed to be calm, readable and easy to navigate. We want visitors to browse, read, compare and shop with as little friction as possible, including people who use assistive technologies or alternative ways to access the web.

Website Support

Clear access matters before anything else

This page explains how GhamaHealth approaches website accessibility, what we continue to improve, and how to contact us if something is difficult to use or access.

Accessibility is not a one-time task. It is part of keeping the website practical, readable and respectful as GhamaHealth continues to evolve.

Readable by design

We use clear hierarchy, considered spacing and calm visual structure to support reading and browsing.

Assistive technology aware

We aim to support keyboard navigation, screen readers, magnification and other access tools where practical.

Responsive layouts

Pages are reviewed across mobile, tablet and desktop so content stays usable across screen sizes.

Open to feedback

If something gets in the way, we want to know so we can review it and improve where possible.

Our accessibility approach

GhamaHealth aims to provide a website experience that is inclusive, practical and usable for as many people as possible. This includes visitors who use screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice recognition software, keyboard-only navigation, mobile accessibility settings or other assistive tools.

Our goal is simple: make the site easier to read, easier to move through and easier to understand. That matters for accessibility, but it also makes the website better for everyone.

Standards we work towards

GhamaHealth works towards aligning core areas of the website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA where practical. WCAG is an internationally recognised set of recommendations for making web content more accessible.

WCAG is built around four main principles:

Perceivable

Information should be presented in ways people can recognise and use.

Operable

Navigation and interactive elements should be usable in different ways.

Understandable

Content, structure and actions should be clear and predictable.

Robust

The site should work across browsers, devices and assistive technologies.

We avoid making absolute accessibility claims because websites change over time, especially on Shopify where themes, apps, payment tools and third-party services can affect the experience. Our focus is ongoing improvement and practical accessibility.

Accessibility features across the site

Across GhamaHealth, we work to support accessible use through:

  • Clear page structure with headings, sections and readable content flow.
  • Typography, spacing and layouts designed to support comfortable reading.
  • Colour choices intended to provide sufficient contrast between text and background.
  • Responsive layouts that adapt across mobile, tablet and desktop screens.
  • Alternative text for meaningful images where appropriate.
  • Descriptive wording for important links, buttons and calls to action.
  • Keyboard-friendly navigation across core website areas where practical.
  • Content blocks that avoid unnecessary clutter, flashing effects or aggressive visual movement.

What we keep improving

Since late 2025, GhamaHealth has undergone several layout, content and design improvements. As part of that work, we continue reviewing older pages, product descriptions, collection pages, article layouts and interactive elements.

Areas we continue to refine include image descriptions, link wording, heading order, mobile spacing, form labels, keyboard focus states, and the accessibility of custom Shopify sections.

Accessibility improves best when it is built into everyday updates, not treated as a separate box to tick once and forget. That is the approach we are taking.

Third-party tools and Shopify services

Some parts of the GhamaHealth website rely on third-party services, including Shopify features, payment gateways, checkout tools, embedded content, analytics, email marketing tools and selected apps.

We do not control every part of those platforms directly. However, we aim to choose and manage tools carefully, review how they affect the customer experience, and make adjustments where practical if they create unnecessary friction.

Need help using the website?

If you experience difficulty using GhamaHealth, notice an accessibility issue, or need information in a different format, please contact us. We genuinely want to know where something is not working well.

When contacting us, it can help to include:

  • The page or feature you were using.
  • What you were trying to do.
  • The browser, device or assistive technology you were using, if relevant.
  • A brief description of what made the experience difficult.

We aim to review accessibility enquiries promptly and work towards a practical solution wherever possible.

Ongoing review

Accessibility is part of maintaining a thoughtful website. As GhamaHealth continues to grow, we will keep reviewing the site, updating older content and improving the experience with accessibility in mind.

We appreciate feedback from visitors and customers. It helps us make GhamaHealth clearer, calmer and easier to use.
