Valerian Complex is a potent blend of herbs traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help reduce sleeplessness, calm the nervous system, and alleviate symptoms of stress and mild anxiety. This natural formulation harnesses the soothing properties of Valerian, Passion Flower, and Spiny Jujube to promote relaxation and support restful sleep. 


  • Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to:

    reduce sleeplessness
    relieve nervous tension
    calm the nervous system
    relieve symptoms of stress and mild anxiety

Each vegetarian tablet contains:

Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) root and rhizome extract 140 mg (derived from dry root and rhizome 700 mg); Passiflora incarnata (Passion Flower) herb extract 100 mg (derived from dry herb 500 mg); Zizyphus jujuba var. spinosa (Spiny Jujube) seed extract 90 mg (derived from dry seed 900 mg).

Adults: Take one capsule 2 - 3 times daily.


Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, sodium starch glycollate.
