Warnings
- Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.
- Contraindicated in known allergy to Shiitake; use caution in those with general sensitivity to mushrooms.
- Monitor patients taking antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs.
- Discontinue seven days before general anaesthesia.
