Mushroom Forte tablets contain a specific ratio of Maitake, Reishi, and Shiitake mushrooms in a proven synergistic formula (patent pending). Made using fruiting body extracts of certified organic mushrooms with a high beta-glucan to low alpha-glucan ratio (with no growth medium present), this formulation ensures a high level of mushroom beta-glucans for confidence in immune support.

Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi) mushroom fruiting body extract 62.5 mg (derived from dry fruiting body 1 g); Lentinula edodes (Shiitake) mushroom fruiting body extract 250 mg (derived from dry fruiting body 1 g); Grifola frondosa (Maitake) mushroom fruiting body extract 208 mg (derived from dry fruiting body 833 mg).

Adults: Take 3 to 6 tablets daily.


Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycollate.

No Added: Gluten, soya bean, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, corn, egg, sesame seeds, or artificial colours.
