Depending on the selected strength, each capsule provides either 50 mg or 100 mg of Pycnogenol® French maritime pine bark extract, standardised to contain 65–75% proanthocyanidins.

For the 50 mg strength, take one capsule one to three times daily between meals. For the 100 mg strength, take one capsule one to two times daily with or between meals, or follow your healthcare professional’s advice.

At the suggested dosage, 60 capsules of the 50 mg strength provide approximately 20–60 days. The 30-capsule 100 mg bottle provides approximately 15–30 days, while the 60-capsule bottle provides approximately 30–60 days.
