OsteVit-D One-A-Week Vitamin D3 contains vitamin D3 7000 IU per capsule, equivalent to 7 daily doses in one convenient tablet. OsteVit-D One-A-Week is for treating vitamin D deficiency in adults and adolescents as directed by your medical practitioner or pharmacist and preventing vitamin D deficiency in high-risk individuals under the supervision of a medical practitioner or pharmacist.

Dose

Adults and children over 12 years of age: One capsule weekly.
