Each capsule contains:
Lysine hydrochloride 625 mg
equivalent to lysine 500 mg

Dose:

Adults: To reduce the occurrence of facial cold sores, take 1 capsule daily with a meal. To relieve symptoms and promote the healing of facial cold sores, take 2 capsules up to 3 times daily with a meal.

Children over 8 years old: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal or as directed by your health professional.
