If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your health professional. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms of retinol equivalents - Vitamin A can cause birth defects. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms of retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms of retinol equivalents for men. Contains benzoates, fish products and sulphites.
Direction:
Adults take 5 g (approx. 1 level spoon) daily or as directed by your health professional. Mix powder into 250 mL drink or food, stir thoroughly and consume immediately. Only the enclosed spoon should be used.
Storage:
Store below 30°C in a dry place. Use within 3 months of opening. No refrigeration is required.
