Mega Iron with Activated B Vitamins contains enhanced absorption Meta Fe®, easily absorbed iron, with vitamin C, B6, B12 and folate for a multi-action effect to:

Mega Iron contains iron glycinate (Meta Fe®), which is gentle on the stomach, and the active form of folate (5-MTHF).

Dose:
Take 1 capsule daily with food and drink plenty of water. Or as directed by a healthcare professional.
