Description
Centrum Rest & Renew combines ingredients passionflower, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to promote a relaxed sleep, and Humulus, traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to help relieve nervous tension and restlessness, as well as magnesium to support general health and wellbeing.

Dose:
Adults only: Take 2 capsules 1 hour before bedtime or as directed by a health professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
