Dose:
Adults only: Take 1 tablet daily. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
Ingredients:
Each Tablet contains:
Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 100 mg
Biotin (vitamin H) 2.5 mg
Silicon (as silicon dioxide) 40 mg
Zinc (as zinc gluconate) 30 mg
