It was also used traditionally as a nerve tonic to nourish the nervous system and in Traditional Chinese Medicine to nourish the brain. Thus, Brahmi helps to support nervous system health and functions while maintaining general mental wellbeing.

Description: Ginkgo biloba, referred to as Ginkgo, is a herb that supports cognitive development, function and mental performances. Ginkgo improves cognitive performances, information processing and other learning abilities by supporting mental concentration, focus and clarity. Gingko Biloba promotes memory recall and increases short-term memory. Additionally, Ginkgo has actions in supporting healthy blood circulation and blood flow to the peripheral areas of the body, including the hands, feet and legs.
