Magnesium + contains three forms of Magnesium in a formula.
Muscle Relaxation: Magnesium relieves and helps reduce the occurrence of muscle cramps when dietary intake is inadequate. It supports muscle relaxation, function, and healthy muscle contraction.
General Wellbeing: Magnesium supports nervous system health and function, heart and bone health, bone density, and healthy teeth. It assists sugar and carbohydrate metabolism, protein synthesis, and healthy bone development and growth.

Dose:
Adults, take 1 tablet of water twice daily with food or as directed by your health professional.
Warnings:

- Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
- Do not use it if the seal on the cap/lid has been broken.
