13. Reapplication for VIP Membership
13.1. If your VIP membership has been terminated due to any reason, you may reapply for membership under the following conditions:

14. Dispute Resolution
13.1. Any disputes arising from or related to the VIP Program shall be resolved through informal negotiation or mediation and, if necessary, through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration authority.
15. No Warranty
15.1. Ghamahealth Online provides no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the VIP Program or its benefits. The program is provided "as is."
16. Limitation of Liability
16.1. Ghamahealth Online shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, arising out of or in connection with the VIP Program.
17. Indemnification
17.1. By participating in the VIP Program, you agree to indemnify and hold Ghamahealth Online harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your participation, including but not limited to any violations of these terms and conditions.
18. Force Majeure
18.1. Ghamahealth Online shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under the VIP Program due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, natural disasters, or government actions.
19. Entire Agreement
19.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Ghamahealth Online regarding the VIP Program and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
20. Severability
20.1. If any provision of these terms and conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
21. Waiver
21.1. The failure of Ghamahealth Online to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
22. Modification of Terms
22.1. Ghamahealth Online reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions by posting the updated version on our website. Your continued participation in the VIP Program after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
