What happens after my script is uploaded?

After uploading your script:

  1. Review Process: Our professional team will review the details of the script to ensure it's valid and aligns with the TGA's regulations.

  2. Notification: You will be notified via email once the review process is complete. If approved, this email will also contain details on how to purchase the Practitioner Only products you need.

  3. Purchasing: With your verified script, you can now shop for Practitioner products. These products will have their prices and details visible to you, and you can add them to your cart and proceed with the purchase.

  4. Expiry: Remember, just like physical prescriptions, your uploaded script will have an expiry. Ensure to renew or upload a new script when required.

  5. Privacy: We understand the importance of your personal data. Rest assured, the details you provide are kept confidential, and the uploading process is secure.
